Payment methos:

Turkey Holiday Tours accepts three kinds of payment; we will send a detailed payment instruction to you upon receiving your travel plan request.

1. E-Mail / Fax Order (Credit Card)
2. Wire Transfer (Bank Transfer - EFT)
3. Western Union

1. Credit Card (authorization letter by email or fax):

Turkey Holiday Tours accepts credit card payment with authorization letter by email or fax. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express Card, etc. Fill your VALID credit card information in the credit card authorization form, and then fax it to us.

2. Wire Transfer (Regular Bank Transfer):

It's a convenient way to make the payment by wire transfer. Paying us by wire transfer is easy and quick. Your money can be wired to our bank account from any bank. When you use this way, we can get your payment in 3 to 7 days.

3. Western Union Transfer:

If there is Western Union Service in the area where you live, you can choose pay through Western Union. After you send us the money, please tell us the full name of the remitter, sum of money, your address, and also the Money Transfer Control Number provided by Western Union. Western Union is also fast, we can get your money in a couple of minutes after you send the money.

Cancellation and Refunds:

If there is any reason to cancel your trip, you can an email requesting your cancellation. Cancellation request must be sent at maximum 1 week before your reservation date. When we get your cancellation email we send you email about refund.
